Many visitors from over 80 countries can enter Indonesia visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism purposes. However, this cannot be extended. If you plan to stay longer, consider applying for a visa on arrival (VoA), which can be extended once for an additional 30 days. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of entry.

Hence Visa on Arrival the cost is 500,000 IDR or $50 Australian.  There are multiple types of Visas but the easiest one the most used is this one. It gives you 30 days and then another 30 days if you request an extension.
